Description

New dates coming soon!

Learn to construct and decorate your own hand built pots and take home your own herb garden after a series of mindful workshops. In this two-part series you will learn short mindfulness techniques while learning how to make a hand built ceramics plant pot.

In the first class you will be guided through the hand-building process to make an earthy, organic vessel for your future plants. During this class, you will be guided through a meditative hand-building process, and learn some easy art therapy tips along the way. You will be guided through a short visualisation using colour therapy techniques to inspire you before we glaze our pots.

We will then fire your pots and get them ready for planting.

In the second session, we will be planting a selection of herbs in our finished pots. You will learn some essential plant parenting tips, soak in the aromas of fresh herbs, and we will finish with a relaxing meditation technique that you can use for your future practice.

We will provide everything needed, including the herbs and potting materials.

Just bring an open mind, a journal if you want, your creativity, and prepare to get a little dirty. (Don’t wear anything you don’t mind getting a bit messy).

We will have herbal tea available to accompany our mindfulness practices.
